Do you have a shop? Can I pick my order up?

Pick up is available from our warehouse in Drysdale Vic

 

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

In most cases your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days

We offer signature on delivery in the checkout which is highly recommended. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if not selected, this also includes changes to safe drop

 

Shipping Costs

Flat rate shipping of $10.95 for orders up to $150

Free shipping if you spend over $150

International Shipping - $35 

How long will delivery take?

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is. Please note we are in Victoria and deliveries to the West Coast can take a little longer.

I need my order asap?

We have an express upgrade option in the checkout, please note this will only send your order by express, it does not guarantee that you will receive your order next day 

 

 My package has not arrived

Please contact us if your tracking shows that your item has been delivered or if you are waiting more than 2 weeks for delivery.

In the event of lost packages, we will liaise with the shipping service and request an investigation to find your parcel. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Good Soul Apparel is not responsible for liable for any customs, duties, Taxes or any other fee imposed by your country or government.

We offer PayPal, direct deposit, MasterCard, Visa After Pay and Afterpay

 

SECURITY

Is my information safe?

Your information is 100% safe, we would never compromise our integrity by selling off your confidential information.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not provide refunds or exchange for the following

  • You just changed your mind
  • You made a spelling/grammar error whilst submitting your order.
  • You found the product cheaper at another store
  • You don't like it
  • You bought the wrong size or colour. We have the clothing colours and sizes charts on each product
  • The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description
  • We offer a preview of your design prior to embroidery and it is highly recommended that you select this service.
